I cut these put at 1/4” aluminum. Who knew I was lying for all these years. It is a 410

I think the OPs stickers are pretty cool...... but “stage IV” are BB heads.

I trust my machinist, theirs...…… not so much.

MY 505 RACE BALANCED KIT CAME FROM HUGHS , IDLES AS SMOOTHA S A BABIES BUT , W/ MOTOTR PLATE AND .0600 LFT SOLID ROLLER IN IT . Cant even feel it running----------------but you can darn sure hear it !

One of my best friends ''a retired mechanic" works at a machine shop now and loves it , if I were to build something else , he`d get my business . He has a 350 vega that runs low 8`s , getting ready to put it in the 7`s----------

BPE offers (Or at least did) as high as a 4.250 stroke. The 4.125 stroke actually fits better with less clearancing the block than a 4.00 stroke because of the longer rod and smaller rod journals.

And I haven’t done any dyno testing but all the research seems to indicate the 4.00 and the 4.125 make the similar hp, but the longer stroke makes more 20-30 more TQ.
My frankenstroker consists of a K1 4.125 from a member here. Used Callie's rods 6.2 and custom DDS pistons. Yield is 420.93 ci. Dan

I had some custom decals made for my 426 stroker small block. I used BPE’s 4.125 kit in my 340 block, but Hughes makes a 426 kit in a 360 block. I also have an edelbrock STR-12 crossram intake I will be putting on it this winter to complete the look.

Wow looks great , that cross ram intake is going to look amazing .
Im using the hughes 426 kit as well
imy Dart does not make much power as i'm using an air gap intake , it's ported but hp drops off at 5500rpm 530 hp 560 tq ,molnar H beam rods and crank DSS 23 cc dish Pistons and bigmouth ede heads , changing the pistons to 13cc dish to bring up compression and getting a new intake hope to increase HP . Thing winds up so quick 5500 rpm is just to low want max power at at least 6500 . Also using roller lifters and rockers .
Sure hope your 426 mekes more power than mine does , One thing for sure yours will look 100x better with the setup you have

You need a Victor manifold. Maybe a set of those trickflow heads. Don’t know much about those bigmouth heads,

Intake is on and Holley efi is plumbed and linkage is installed . Just need to wire it up and see how it rips.

Looks killer! Please keep us posted on the Holley system. I've seen good stuff about FiTech dual quads, but haven't seen much about the sniper dual quads. Going to upgrade end of this year...need help deciding who to go with. Thanks!

I liked the Holley system for a couple reasons. The FiTech 2x4 system tops out at 625hp. Which is probably enough for my combination but I am pretty confident it could be right on the edge. The Holley is good to 1200hp.

The Holley also can control the timing with my MSD box.

And Holley offered them in carburetor gold finish which I preferred.

any idea on horsepower and torque ? that has to be the best looking setup I've seen

I don’t but similar setups are 575-625 range. Has a Hughes roller hyd roller and they did Stage 3 porting on the Edelbrock heads
