I finally took a serious look at what I've always wanted to do... DUAL QUAD NITROUS!.. until I found out how much it was going to cost repeatedly... A $70 10lb bottle refill after every three- four passes on a hundred and fifty shot?... So after the $50 entry fee and fuel another $150 - $200 for 7 - 10 passes... Out of My League....
That’s why I’ve got a w2 372 roller engine going in soon, as the car hasn’t been drove in years, and I need some seat time.
the goal is next winter a 440-450 inch w5 engine, as I have some nice heads that are ready to assemble. No nitrous needed.
Though I had tremendously good luck running it. Never ever hurt the engine.
I tried using the 200 and 300 shot and it slowed the car down, or I should say spun all the way down track, still was quick.

The car is caged now, and a ton of weight came off the front of the car. Shooting for 10s next summer, as I’ve got a grudge match setup with a bb Chevelle trans brake, glide car, 9” rear, ladder bars. He runs mid 10s strictly drag car.
Trust me I will have all my ducks in a row.
