Was loookin at camshafts for an upcoming project and got to the Crower line. Saw the "Hi-Draulic Hauler" and the "Ultra Beast" cams. Then I thought about how Tim (Abodybomber) loved those old school cams same as I do. Damn I still miss that guy.

Your timing for saying this is really something

I was just listening to old songs from American Graffiti soundtrack and Mr. Tim Abodybomber popped into my mind. I was thinking of all the nice comments he would make when someone did anything to improve a car no matter how big or small

Timing is everything. He posted last here exactly 1 year ago today. RIP

Never got to talk with him much but he did always have something positive to say. Seemed like a really cool dude. Was one of the few that liked NBA basketball and old school mopars. A rare combo

Tim and I talked quite a bit online, so when I was in CA for family business I took a whole day and spent it with him.
He drove my Dart and we went around town to all the car places he frequented just to check out some of the cars.
We had a great time hanging out, and I also think of him from time to time.

Jan 3rd it will be a year :(

I miss his texts and phone calls...still have some voicemails from him....this site is not the same without him, it’s less “cool” now...no offense

I agree 100%. You could even say the hobby is a little less cool. None of us have the same memories or experiences. We all bring something different into the equation.

There are no coincidences.

Hard to believe it has been a year since I created this image in memorial of him. The shock of losing him seems like it happened just yesterday.

Sad. I remember him here but never connected with him. I feel like I missed out but as big as this site is I see names on here all the time I haven't see before.

Dave, would you mind terribly if I saved this image and had it put on t tee shirt?
I don’t mind at all. I will gladly let anyone use it. I will email you the image so you get the high resolution version.

That would be great, thank you.

His wit and sarcasm on the political forum was second to none. Funny, but I think of someone once a week at least and I never met him, unless you count PM's.
