You can't do that. You MUST sit outside in a raging wind, ice in your eyes, frost in your nose, and blue toes and fingers. And 3 coats and 2 pairs of pants. You MUST be wet, and have snow down your neck. Otherwise, the "blow won't take"
It's the same thing in amateur radio. You can NOT install a new antenna in 65 degree spring weather. You MUST do so in a raging storm of some kind. The higher the wind the better. LOLOL
