Did you bend down the "tabs" on the metal portion of the pad, so it fights nice and tight onto the caliper body?

The outboard pads have metal tabs that fold over the caliper. You need to take a pry bar and gently pry up on the bottom of the pad and smack the tabs down with a hammer. That tightens them up and will stop the rattle.
