Loving what you are doing, great skills, can't wait to finish reading and looking at your documenting of the build.
Presently on post #302 and noticed the portion "quoted" above.

Question, where and how did you go about getting a new door VIN sticker?

I'm way off from needing one for my project, but the sticker on my car was originally applied covering one of the latch mechanism's screws, so obviously to remove the latch mechanism I had to damage the sticker. A few years back I reached out to Galen Govier via his site asking his advice and never received reply.

As you know gathering parts and such along the way is major.
