They are not 5.5” rims, I can tell by the face of the rim. There should be a 1” drop in the side where the center is welded, those rims the center is almost flush with the step. Definitely a 4.5” rim.
Aww **** I always thought they were measured end to end width wise like that. Your right Lip to lip is 4 1/2. Sorry about that and thanks for letting me know how they are supposed to be measured
