Well let's look it up.................First thing is the 73 service manual over at MyMopar.............
We look up horn relay in the wiring index and that sends us to diagram coordinates B-13, which is page 8-157. We notice the ovals which tells us to go to "CI4" in the connector index. This means, Connectors, Instrument, no. 4............

So the Instrument panel connector illustrations are down on page 8-167, look for "CI-4"

The three together at the right of the box represent the terminals in the connector shell, and the loose one at the left represents the wire which plugs into the "lone" terminal at the other end. BE CAREFUL to pay attention to "mirror image." you will have to 'figure" which way it is layed out
Look at the diagram............
"B" at the top, HI-16V (Violet), is power coming INTO the relay, and this is hot at all times NOTICE that this connects to the "frame" of the relay also connected to the "armature" (the moving contact part or wiper arm)
M16-20BK (BlacK) at bottom left, is the "key in" buzzer activation
H2-16DGN (Dark GreeN) is the switched output to the horn(s)
H3-20BK (BlacK) is the horn button
