Yeah, they can be all over for gear ratio's. My Dad's '82 Dodge D150 has 8.25 rear end with 3.21's. My '77 Ramcharger hasa 9.25 with 3.55's, my '85 Ramcharger has a 9.25 with 3.21's, My '01 Ram 2500 has 9.25 with 3.55's.
