4.030 340 JE Pistons?????

Looking at the specs of those pistons...it probably for a R3 block with 9.20 deck height...small block chevy piston pin size also......the R3 block probably came at 3.91 or 4.00 bore

Either that or they would work in a long stroke/long rod combo. Also could go into a stock .030 over 360 block with a long rod and 4.125 or 4.250 stroke. That 1/16-1/16-3/16 ring package is old fashioned for a race deal. 418gr piston with some light rods would be pretty snappy.
