I think there is a delay relay for the ignition (key) light. If you have replaced the bulb and it still does not light, you might check to see if the relay is there.
I ordered a replacement relay, but I don't know if it'll function properly since I switched the lights to LED (and this will in turn reduce the draw, and potentially not heat up the timed relay part?) We shall see!
