well in that case, you can use later aluminum 318 bell housing with the 10.5 clutch more heavy duty, also you would a need z bar and bell crank for the aluminum bell with 10.5 clutch brewers has it all, i know the poly 318 takes the same bell housing as a la 318, but im not sure on the crank register issue. but call brewer like posted i have done this swap but with a 318LA in a 65 dart
