I really would like to know a few things, if you don't mind:
How was it shipped exactly?
Is there a warranty, if so what is the duration?
How do you know you have a warranty, was there paperwork included with the trans?
Mine was in the same box posted above, delivered by UPS without a pallet. No issue. 12 month /12000 mile warranty provided the damage isn't determined to be due to racing. Already past the time, but it's done well, I've been happy. The 500 mile break-in fluid change was nice and clean, the thing shifts crisp at 6500 rpm.
