Voltage limiter and capacitor

I'm trying to find the .5 voltage limiter for the cluster on my 75 Duster. All I can find is up to 74. Are they the same? The capacitor that was plugged into the slot with the limiter is that the radio static suppressor? I can't find one that is the same Does anyone sell these? The ones that I have found attach to the coil
