How Wimpy Can You Get?

No worries there dib’s! I just got the green light to start exercising again from my cardiologist. It’s been nearly 2 years. I was last benching 150lbs. & looking forward add some more weight. Enter my but only the bench last week. 50lbs. on the bar and my chest hurt for 2 days.

Im not a body builder! But I do listen and take advice from health conscious all natural body builders (2) that I work with and have won competitions in there age group.

I just like to maintain a decent physique. Keep the muscles tone and in check. This is very important to me on several levels. Being a Senior man on the job, with over 30 years, I’m not busting my brain or back doing the job. (Sometimes the brain.)

Faced with a bunch of down time and the ability to eat a really bad diet, which happens from time to time... the body can get into bad shape and into trouble.

Start slow and work into more. If you hit a plateau, stop the exercise for 3-5 days and then return to it. There is also no need to lift heavy! This is there first statement!
