How Wimpy Can You Get?

I agree with all Rob said. I've tried to stay in shape pretty much my whole adult life. But at 62 years old, I no longer feel the need to be King Kong with bloomers on.....lol. I work out with just enough to keep decent muscle tone, and more importantly...keep my muscles working instead of atrophying (sp?) like they will if you don't use them when you're older. When I go to the gym, I walk a mile on the treadmill at a fast pace, do bench, abs, and arms. I try to do legs about once a week, but a bitchy hamstring sometimes prevents that. Keep it up, it's worth it! :)
