Do you use a grindstone or a carbide burr to start. Finish with a flap wheel?

I prefer a double cut burr and do 95% of my work with one. I hit these real fast with an 40-60 grit sanding roll because guys like shiny. Like I said before I couldn’t afford paying myself by the hour.
