How Wimpy Can You Get?

Do 3 sets of pushups each session. Take a couple minutes between sets to let the body adjust, you will figure the right amount of rest time for you. The first set is warmup and stretch, maybe about 10-12 reps...feel good with no pain. Second set get the blood pumping and do 15-20 reps, just enter the burn zone. Then go all out on the last set after a short rest. But don't always go to complete exhaustion. Leave something in the tank often.

Some things you can try: do the last set very slow and even in a controlled fashion, lock out at the top and tighten and flex the pecs at that point. Do more than 1 session each day. Take 30 grams of whey protein before bed. If you hit a plateau, rest until you feel strong again.
