Michael Beard, my son, myself, and a few other guys were sitting around a campfire sipping a few adult beverages after Racing one night at keystone and this one guy was trying to talk me into building a small block for my heads up car. Being I already had a Keith Black block, B1 heads, and crank I was locked into building a big block. I said if the Ritter blocks were trustworthy (now remember this was over five years ago) I would consider it. We talked about the issues then he let the cat out of the bag that he was the engineer on that project with Kent and although they had issues their biggest mistake was working with the wrong person track testing
