How Wimpy Can You Get?

Agreed heavy weight and low reps, lots of bloody steak, much sleep will add size and strength. Eat tons of everything...animal fat, protein, carbs to gain mass. Concentrate on squatting, deadlifting, overhead and bench pressing. Never do heavy cardio before lifting, just a mild 10 minutes to warm up. Soon, with god's grace, you won't be able to scratch your own back.

Just doing pushups is better than nothing.
