Hello, From Woodruff Carburetor Specialties

Maybe you could post a schedule of the services you offer.

We do a visual inspection, then notify the customer that it has arrived and go over anything noticed at inspection, gain all car/engine specs from customer. Then determine the proper method of cleaning. We can use 3 different grades of solvents, ultrasonic or 2 stages of glass bead and often combine methods, hot water and high pressure air rinse. All carbs have all flat gasket surfaces remachined and a light bore hone. Restoration carbs are then recolored and the linkage stripped and plated, first in zinc, then in either clear or yellow chromate. All are then reassembled using premium parts and gaskets. Then initial metering and choke settings are made and the carb is bench tested for functionality. Then it is off to the test engine room for test and tune. We have a 358” test engine with a trans brake to test under load with wide band A/F meter. Then we notify the customer, do the business end and ship. Hope this helps.
