1968 Dodge Dart 270 2-door hardtop--original paint/interior
I am selling my Dart project car #2 now. It's an original 270 that came with a 273 2-barrel/automatic. Original A/C car and NO vinyl top! Not perfect, but still pretty amazing. No cracked sheetmetal around door latch pins. All original sheetmetal. Passenger floor has a few small holes from the heater core leaking, and driver's floor is a tad crispy, may not need any attention. Included (but I haven't snapped pics yet) are newly-reupholstered front bench and rear seats. Also....a small hole in the bottom of the front driver's side fender. Glass and chrome seems to be pretty nice. (I have the side trim pieces, but think I'm missing 1 piece of the 270 side trim and a driver's side drip rail stainless piece). This is an original So. Cal. car as far as I know, and has been in my yard, covered up for years in the desert. Steering wheel is not cracked. New fuel tank. Some surface rust from the recent rains that got under the tarp, but no pitting at all. Can be sanded off. Car comes with an 8 3/4" rear end housing (just housing), the original 273/904 trans, if you want them (I don't think I want to install them though) $4995.
