Glad I located this forum. Great information. I recently purchased a 1969 Dodge Dart GT. The 225 was built several years ago as a performance engine that was drag raced. After the engine was toast, the car sat for several years. The car was purchased by the previous owner and the engine completely rebuilt to the performance specs. I am trying to get in touch with the engine builder to get the specs on the rebuild. Cam, Crank, pistons etc. The car has a single header to a single exhaust. I am planning on installing a 2.5 exhaust connected to the single header. I am trying to decide which mufflers to install to keep the great cam sound and the car not to sound like a rice burner when accelerating. I am leaning towards the Pypes Street Pros as they are made in Pennsylvania and I can return if necessary. Other choice would be Magnaflow. Does anyone have any experience with the sound and performance of the Pypes Street Pros or can recommend a good sounding muffler for a 225 that includes performance?

Thanks for any direction
David

Thanks for the quick response. Do you know which Black Window muffler model you installed. I see they offer different ones.
