Main/Rod Bearings for Stroker

Snap a bearing in the Rod or Rod cap and set it against the journal. You should be able to slide the Rod against the crank and the bearing not ride up on the radius of the fillet of the journal. If it does, you can narrow the bearings or buy narrow bearings.

Same with the mains. Snap a bearing in the cap and slide it up to the edge of the main journal and LOOK and verify if the bearing is riding up on the radius of the fillet just like the Rod throw.

If it clears you're golden. If not, narrow the bearings or get narrow bearings.
