If I couldn't get into to physically see a Doctor I would go to Urgent Care to get looked at. If a tick bite leaves a mark it needs to be looked at pronto.
X 2!! Don't mess around with this. Go see a doctor now. I have a buddy who may loose his hand and if not, may never be able to use it again because he waited. And I've had my share of things happen as well.
If your doctor can't see you same day, get to hospital emergency room or one of the new urgent care facilities that are going up everywhere.
