71 dart blow horn

Hi I have a 71 dart with the factory blow horn steering wheel,The horn does not work so I would like to mount a button style horn under the original rubber center cap . Has anybody ever attempted this .thank you

Why doesn't your present horn work right now? If all the hardware for the factory horn switch is in place I would recommend going in and repairing it.

True..rimblows are very desirable!! Challenger 71 had that option on a rim blow the horn looked functional in the center..had circle in center of cap like bullseye

If the center pad pulls off and has the spring clip inside of it then it may be posiible to drill and tap the center for 1967-1974 type horn switch. https://www.classicindustries.com/product/all-years/plymouth/all-models/parts/mw931.html
