Yep, same thing happens here on these forums, same questions over and over, mostly from people too lazy to figure anything out for themselves. They find it easier to just type a question and let someone else do the research and work for them.
I don't think the questions are a problem usually, it's arguing about the answer. I suspect the people at Indy ran out of tolerance. Takes special people to deal with the public. I hope that Indy survives, they started when very little was out there for our favorite brand.
