Template used to cut out the design. In my mind the computer advantage is the fact that it put center punch marks in the center of every gauge opening.
Mask both sides, score both sides with the holesaw, then clamp & drill them out.
My plan is to give the thing some 3D anatomy so we will build the front and back out and sand to shape.
