What is good price on whatever gauge .06" whatever about 1/16" or close standard gauge aluminum. No fancy tempored, it needs to be malleable. I am going to try and build a stern spash well in the "new" 13 1/2 ft boat. Plan is aluminum angle along the sides, sealed to the sheet, one "about 90" bend across the stern, and more angle and flat sheet across the top. If I don't run out of ambition, a top splash shield across the front, flat on the gunnels Somewhere in the vicinity of 4' X 5' or about. If it's cheaper I'd buy a whole sheet. "I think" one outfit quoted me about 170 bucks for 4x8 no cuts or bends

This is a little Crestliner, "the idea." The little Sea King is not this tapered. Small angle will nearly fit against the first foot--foot and half of the sides without any bending. This would form (sealed) the tray to side joints. What I can build won't be this fancy LOL

Might try a Semi Tractor Semi Trailer body shop. They use the aluminum sheeting for Roof Skins on the trailers. Think they have the sheeting on a spool to cut to length like 102" wide.

If you want used, they probably have that too from a Jack Knifed trailer that they put a new roof skin on, they could sell you a piece . . Just going to go for scrap anyway.
