Mopar 14 and 15" wheels regardless of bolt pattern share the same diameter center. When my son was in high school we made up some small bolt 15 x 10 wheels. The biggest problem you are facing is the size of the center register. They are also smaller on the 4" pattern. There isn't enough meat on the big bolt wheels to drill another pattern between those.
