New Iron RB & Hemi Blocks

a little surprised. I remember, years ago, Chrysler claimed all the molds and all the tooling had been destroyed. There would be NO MORE B, RB, or iHEMI blocks, case closed. I guess that was a lie?

Like to see them get priority main oiling on the wedge , not that I could afford one anyway --------

I had read back in the eighties that Keith Black had purchased the original cores and some of the tooling from Chrysler back during the Iacocca years bail out of Chrysler. But the original small block over the counter race X block coring did indeed go MIA.
 
here is my story on this. the 440 mold was sold to a guy in springfield ill years ago. it was floating around for years from hand to hand. then someone got to snooping and found out where it was and mopar supposedly bought it back. mopar/fiat got tired of the neg feedback about gm/ford taking care of their people, so the story goes. they made splashes with the challenger packages but they are for a few rich people. the money added from all these blocks etc just adds to their bottom line and it "MIGHT" get some brand loyalty back. my story comes from a friend who works for chrysler and he said that some of the stuff that is being talked about will blow your mind if it comes true. we will see.

I don't see it. If you added up every single race part "Ma" could sell it would not affect the bottom line of the Fiat/BMeer/Peougot/ Eastern German/rolling toilet bowl/ import **** that the conglomerate is brewing. Poland? WTF knows.

What WOULD suprise me, LOLOLOL, is if the Holley magnamiouso'erate popped up with this thing

I also heard they will be finished as the original look and parts number on them.

if this happens, I hope they use the same spec cast iron, because traditional mopar CI blocks wear about twice as good as GM CI blocks.
 
I hope this all comes true! I always wanted to own a Gen 2 Hemi car! I couldn't give a **** about an original car, just an actual 426 Hemi 4 speed in any body!
