Yes the real story is much different than what is being told. The real story is what you said, he bought it the way it is, along with another Duster for $6K for both from an older guy who is actually in my neighbourhood. The story that is being told however is the car was brought up from Wisconsin 25 years ago when the body work was all done and he has had it ever since. I have a feeling the two stories merge at some point lol. Does not matter either way, I agree its a good deal.
