I bought a ‘74 /6 Duster about 10 years ago as a retirement project and a home for a 440/727 I had left over from another project. Also bought Schumacher mounts and headers. Have since decided to replace 727 with 4-speed. Bought conversion kit from Brewer. Have motor and tranny installed and learned that Schumacher headers won’t work on manual car due to interference with Z-bar. Has anyone found headers that work with this combo or am I looking converting to a hydraulic clutch?
