Yes, it has a cap that hooks on to the top of the resovour, and a regulator, and a compressed air fitting. Just hook it on, put on the air line, of course have the MC filled with fluid, and crack open the bleed valves, the compressed air pushes out the air in the lines. Just don't run out of fluid...
