Here are a couple of pix of my 70 Roadrunner N96 hood. The airbox is not mounted yet. I also got a great deal on an A12 6bbl fresh air cleaner base, rubber surround hood seal, and filter top, just in case I need it. I'm anticipating using the N96 setup, and I just bought the new Oval rubber seal and hardware pack for the airbox.

My understanding is that the A12 hood will work, don’t know about the N96. The intake is taller than the factory six pack, but the throttle bodies are shorter than the carbs. F&B makes adapters to go between the throttle bodies and the air cleaner base since the opening is a different shape. I modified a fiberglass base and did not use the spacers and I clear the six pack scoop by less than a 1/4”. Of course this is an A-body, so definitely different.
