First like to say what an awesome forum. Think it will save us from going crazy!!!
My 16yr old bought his first car....we have wanted to do this forever and we are finally giving it a go!
We got car pretty cheap with lots of extra parts. It looks really good from the outside but it’s innards are not so good.
We’ve taken it all apart and have built a jig and welded the car to it. We decided to start at the front and work backwards. After removing the floor we noticed the inner rockers are done.....so now I’m thinking we should have started from the rear and worked forward...so we are stuck for now until our massive amd order shows up. The following pics show where we are at.
(We have a new firewall coming....just mocked up the clip for fun. Sick of looking at frontless car)
