Red Headed Stepchild-75 Swinger LSX Swap
We I was a little busy this weekend. I got the old kmember setup dropped out of the car and set down. Decided to weigh it and the new one just for sheer of weight savings.
Old setup with steering box center link still attached(missing lower control arms and torsion bars) weighed 92.6lbs.
New setup with rack n pinion, and lower control arms weighed 39.8lbs.
Got the kmember part installed very easily. Ran out of daylight and energy for that matter. Everything from Tory Shellehamer was as he described. Went right in and even though it wasnt designed for it, it clears the center sump pan on my ls swapped mopar.
Didn't quite finish the brakes up but got the coilovers in place and the brakes started. More to come.
