Did I wreck the steering shaft changing seal

-
I wasn't sayin all that.......just letting you know it's in the book if it would help.

I was second guessing the order and thought it could only go one way. I had the book 10 feet away. The fact that it's top 10 parts that suck to remove (maybe even top 5 behind removing dash) is the reason I'm ripping on myself.

Pulled the steering column, unbolted the header collectors, removed the drivers side motor mount nut, loosened the passenger side.

Knocked the lock ring loose. Everything came out without having to jack up the engine. :BangHead:

put it back together in the correct order and it no longer turns on its own.

I need to pick up some o rings for the block though. It’s hemorrhaging fluid.

What about around the shaft where you repaired it?

Took the dart out for a 40 mile cruise today. It doesn’t leak. Horrible bump steer though. Have to play with the pressure block.

I'm too busy watching Brandy get off the horse.
What was the problem ? lol
