I decided to build a new intake pipe for the car that is appropriately size for the 102mm intake opening. Using 4.5" mandrel bent aluminum for this. Its getting closer to done, here is the progress I have made so far:
2 90* bends cut and welded together, its a pretty tight fit between the intake and radiator. 4.5" CLR was the tightest bend I could find and it barely fits. Would have been nice if I could have used some more gradual bends.
