EFI Tank for the dart...

so i've been toying with the idea of either EFI or modern hemi for the dart. after thinking about it and getting good friends opinions i am pretty sold on just efi. either way this tank will work so i'm good to go. tanks inc has two tanks listed for a 70 dart. one is for a 67-70 the other is for a 70-76. apparently the filler neck is moved a little on the later ones. so after sending pics of the original tank to them they recommend the 67-70 tank. i guess we will see if it fits when the time comes...lol

i've been wanting to start gathering the parts and had found that summit has the best price i had found and its sold as a kit which comes with a tank, sender, pump and straps for the tank. the kit i bought was TNK-TCR11B-T-KIT. had to buy all separate from tanks inc and it was quite a but more that way. so the other day i got an unexpected check from work (sick time and personal time i didn't use) that i had forgotten about and decided to order it. showed up today and its a nice looking tank. powder coated and all...

pretty sure we are going just EFI on the existing 360 so i now have to save for that kit. think i have my mind set on the holley sniper kit that also does timing. figure i may as well be able to adjust it all from the drivers seat. thought about the proflow but don't want to deal with intake or kickdown linkage (read about both) issues and i'm not sure how much advantage that would really have in the real world anyway. hopefully i can grab some OT at work in the near future and save the cash to buy sooner rather then later. time will tell i guess...

her are a few pics of the tank. the baffle almost looks like it wouldn't be able to keep up with a stout motor but then i realized that the return line will keep it full for the most part anyway...
