Have you looked at the Holley Sniper EFI tanks for your car? the 255lph complete tank is $580 and the 400lph complete tank is $620, both with free shipping. I believe this is the route i'll be going.
pretty sure the sniper tank is just a tanks inc tank.. and the tanks inc with a the 255lph complete tank kit is $459 with free shipping at summit. and i'm sure if you wanted more pump you could call and have the bigger pump put in the kit instead.
