We were going thru a bunch of parts bins in the Hershey car show, and Ray had decided to buy a bunch of NOS ign. parts. One of us came across this tool, some sort of c clamp that fits in a bench vice. "Hey, that will be perfect for putting on those Dist. tags"! How much? One dollar!! Sold!!! And it is perfect. Evidently it is difficult to put those small rivets in place....Not any longer!!
Do not know what it was designed to do......
