Hey guys I have thisoilnpan from summit and it seems to be leaking from the drian plug..the plug washer is cheesy so I changed it out for a better one ..the thing still gives an small drop about every day..
So do I tighten even more than I already have it..its quite snug..probably a few pounds tighter than spec.
I tried teflon tape to see if that might remedy it..no luck..I afraid to strip this thing out...
Any ideas???
Anyone ever use one of those stripped adapters for oil pan drain bolts?
