I have these but I'm not too happy about cutting up a original harness that isn't butchered already

Chrysler called those 'Pin" terminals. see Electrical Wiring (Session 247) from the Master Technician's Service Conference
@RedFish posted the connector half comes with the new ignition switch.
Repop steering column electrical connector.

You could try a wanted post for '74 Steering column connector.
It would definately be worth looking in the parts book for a part number, and then seeing what other years and models used the same.
Some (all?) of those connectors have two different diameter pin terminals in them.
Pre '70 columns don't have the ignition switch so they are definately different.

It's possible the terminals are the same as the Ford Wedgelock.
Look at the drawings here;

You shouldn't have to cut any wires. I haven't fooled with those 1974 connectors, but I haven't seen any connector which doesn't have a way to release the pins from the plastic housing. Re parts, I have found vintage terminals in Dodge motorhomes a few decades later, like ones for my 1965 in a 1980's motorhome. Looks like they were using up surplus parts or just didn't update the design.

They don't look that bad. Are to clips that hold them together broke? I would plug together and use small wire tie to keep them together.

Tabs broke on our 67 steering column connector, we used zipties.

You can check rock auto?
Yep the turn signal switch doesn't include a new switch side harness connector like the column mounted ignition switch does. It would thread down through the column anyway. No option but to de-pin the original. If my memory serves, we did find aftermarket source for that replacement connector.
The vendors of replacement harnesses do have access to all of the connectors, terminals, etc.., but they dont stock and/or offer bits and pieces.
