Found beltline trim for Duster.Where to drill?

My 74 Scamp had it I think. At least there's holes and drilled out rivets. About 2.5 inches apart on the ends and about 6 inches apart in between.

Now I thought he was talking about the trim that goes on top of door, not body side trim??
