Sold one there a few years ago, add cost me a few bucks because of pictures. Then when sold was $125.00 fee. What you have to watch out for is paypal. They hit you around 3 percent for all money collected thru them. I take deposit with paypal but insist being paid other ways unless buyer is willing to pay those fees.
Thank you, that’s what I thought. Yeah, too many hands in the cookie jar. You know Uncle Sam couldn’t go without. Based on what you said, it’s probably best just to require a $500 down payment.
