Stop in for a cup of coffee

My dreamgirl is talking about having kids.. And didn't even remotely include me.. Then I got called out on it! Good thing I drink a lot! Otherwise I'd be quite butthurt and whatnot!
I just figured she would want a better swin in the gene pool...lol

Some days, I wonder why I got out of bed...or why I didn’t just crawl back into it.

Just how it is going today...*sigh*

Beer time I suppose, tomorrow is another day.

Well, I was hoping I'd me and the wifey would be flying to Denver Friday but the seller I contacted about the Duster hood has gone MIA sorta. I was texting him, so tried again since he said he was travelling, don't want to push but do need to buy plane tickets sometime. Anyway, text would not send, tried calling got the Verizon recording about call blocking. This guy has a lot of parts, I get that he probably gets a lot of calls so I emailed him through Craigslist and now I wait. As a back up, think I'll place a "wanted" on the forum.

Not asleep yet, just trying to stay warm, we have the thermostat set at 64F indoors and it is presently at -21F outside with no wind chill. We fought rail car switches all day today. Green tea and heavy quilt. Throw a 100 pound hound in my lap and I am finally warming up.

That's too damn cold for me!!!

Guess im really cold blooded. My house thermostat is set at 76. Pellet stove going in basement and far end of house gets cold. Without pellet stove, furnace would run steady.

My shop was 65 today. Perfect! tomorrow should be better.supposed to warm up overnight. With any luck wind will quit.

65 is a good temp for a shop.

I keep the shop 65 to 70

But the house stays between 74 and 78. I don't like to get up out of bed any colder than that.

Was chatting with the neighbour,59 degrees at night.
But he did work his entire life in a meat packing plant. So 59 is probably warm for him. Hes outside puttering even on days like today. Him and his sweet little border collie always on walkabout. Smart dog.

house t-stat usually set for 68. If we have the wood stove going actual temp often runs a few degrees higher. I don't sleep well if its too cold or too hot. if i'm awake and moving temp change doesn't bother me much. Just keep it between 0 and 100 and I can deal with it . Beyond that is just unacceptable. LOL
