thanks for the affirmations. It really must be a scam outfit. They want me to pay to have it return shipped, AND pay a "restocking" fee.
Their customer service is appalling, they're rude, confrontational, and just offensive. Even when shown picture proof, they maintain up is down, right is left.
Anyway, so where do I purchase the SEM spray paint to color the mat, that somebody mentioned?
