Advice asked for widthening rims on a 70 Duster
I had some 14 x 5.5 ralleys widened to 7.5 inches by cutting the front of the rim off and adding a larger piece and the back spacing is stock. I'm running 265 50 14's on them. I did this about 15 years ago but if I had to do it today I would go with 15's as there is so much better tire selection. On the front I have 215 60's 14's.
