Don’t use the FelPro 8553 head gaskets, those are for a stock type rebuild. They will not handle high CR, boost or Nitrous.
I’d stay with the 1008....
There’s debate on using them with aluminum heads. (Brindle)
Compressed thickness varies widely on the 8553.....
Something to ponder.....
a SBM head gasket is the weakest link
